Copyright works for the visually impaired in Southeast Asia

      Published on 23 Jan 2019 | 1 minute read

The Marrakesh Treaty of 2013 sets copyright exceptions for works which benefit the visually impaired. The exceptions allow the creation of derivative works in braille, audio, special font size etc without Copyright owner consent.
