Evi is a Partner at Suryomurcito & Co, a member of the Rouse Network.
She advises clients on the legal environment for Intellectual Property in Indonesia, recommending possible solutions to various types of contentious disputes and enforcement matters such as trademarks, patents, and copyrights. For non-contentious matters, she provides advice on commercial IP-related agreements, compliance with local laws, and regulations.
Over the years, Evi has handled complex legal disputes for both local and international clients in various industries, including telecommunication, consumer products, electronics, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and fashion.
