Matti is an Associate based in our Stockholm office.
Matti Lindberg is a seasoned expert specializing in European intellectual property, with expertise and extensive practical experience in trademarks, designs and copyright. His clientele spans diverse industries including fashion, industrial manufacturing, safety solutions, financial services and hospitality. Matti regularly handles complex, multi-jurisdictional IP matters, including prosecution, portfolio strategy, administrative proceedings, and enforcement. He also provides advice on commercial law relating to IP, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and policies, such as licensing agreements, NDAs, and various collaboration agreements. Matti commonly coordinates cross-border client matters across several markets, within an international working environment. He has been part of Rouse since 2019.
