Terry Lu has approximately 14 years of professional experience in the field of intellectual property. With a dual background as a former patent examiner and licensed lawyer and holding a licensed patent attorney qualification, Terry specializes in patent and technology-related IP matters, including medical devices, biopharmaceuticals, functional materials, household appliances, construction machinery, consumer goods, optics, and aesthetic medicine.
Terry has a strong academic background in chemistry and biotechnology. He previously worked for several years at the Beijing Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), where he focused on patent examination in the chemical sector and participated in CNIPA-led research projects.
